Important Details

- The symposium and exhibition comply with the Academic Incentive and Associate Professorship criteria determined by ÜAK. Symposium abstract and full text books will be published as e-books with ISBN barcode.
- After the symposium, the participation certificates of the participants who made presentations will be uploaded to the paper submission system and will be available only to the authors through the system.
- The printing processes for the physical group and solo exhibition will be carried out by the organization. It is sufficient for the participants to send us their works via the form. Participants will not pay any printing fee. No additional fee will be charged for printing processes other than the participation fee stated on our website.
- Online exhibitions will be open from February 28 to March 5, 2026. The catalog and participation documents of the exhibition to be opened in the virtual gallery will be sent on the last day of the exhibition.
- Archiving and photographing the online exhibitions will be the responsibility of the participants.
